Question: What do you do and what do you sell?
We shuck oysters, revealing a pearl inside for our customers. Most pearls are color enhanced. We also drill and mount pearls that our customers wish to have mounted on pendants, earrings and rings.
Question: Are there plans for the future?
Yes, We have lots of plans for the future. Crystals, and personally made spa products are simply some of them.
Question: Are you a part of an MLM?
No, Majick Happens is a personally owned business, we are not part of an MLM.
Question: Are you hiring?
No, Not currently.
Question: What is a cultured Pearl? How is it made?
Answer: With human intervention, an irritant is inserted into a cultured pearl sac, which is inside the living mollusk. The irritant is wrapped with layer after layer of nacre over time, producing the pearl. The different between a cultured and a natural pearl, is the fact that humans get involved.
Question: Are the oysters alive when you shuck them?
No, they've already passed.
Question: Where do your source your oysters/pearls from?
I have suppliers from all over the world.
Question: How do I change the pearl in my cage?
Pull the cage entirely from the chain, looking at the loop that the chain goes through, you can see the two parts. Give it a gentle pull apart, and the cage should open. Allowing you to change the pearl held within.
Question: How do I clean my jewelry/pearls?
We do not advise that the jewelry should be submerged in water of any type for long periods of time, nor worn during any vigorous activities. Pearls are porous and will easily pick up oils from your skin, to clean them, utilize a microfiber cloth and give it a wipe down.
Question: If I don't find any sapphires in my gravel bag, is there anything you can do about it?
No, We do not and can not guarantee what you will find in each bag of gravel. We do promise that the bags are straight from the mine, and have not been looked through before hand.
Question: How do I know the worth of my Sapphire? Or if it's cuttable? What do I do with them after finding them?
Currently we don't offer these services, but please reach out and I may be able to arrange something.
