Shipping Information & Refund Policies

Shipping Ins & Outs: 

• If a pearl is requested to be mounted, please allow us up to 2 weeks for the processing of the jewelry.
• All other orders will ship out within 48 hours, tracking provided. Insured. 
• $8.99 Shipping across the USA.
• We do not currently offer International Shipping.
• Local pick-up is possible.
• We ship through USPS and UPS.
• Once a package is out of our hands it is no longer our responsibility. If it is lost/stolen or otherwise unknown, please follow through with your local USPS or UPS office, and keep us updated.

Refunds, Cancellations, Exchanges & Otherwise.

• All sales are FINAL. No exchanges, refunds or returns. 
• If there is an issue, and it is our fault, please reach out to me at Michelle@MajickHappens.com.
• All pearls are real, thus said, inclusions can occur. Most are color enhanced.
• We are not educated in the ability to give an appraisal. Please do not ask for them. You'll need to go to a certified jeweler for that.
